RenewalWatch provides AI-powered contract data extraction and renewal date tracking with email reminders. The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract information from uploaded contract documents.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS SECTION.

  • The Service uses AI technology to extract contract data, which may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Users are solely responsible for verifying and validating all extracted contract data, including but not limited to renewal dates, notice periods, and auto-renewal terms.
  • RenewalWatch makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-extracted data.
  • You should always cross-reference extracted data with your original contract documentsbefore making any business decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • RenewalWatch shall NOT be held liable for any missed contract renewal dates, whether caused by incorrect data extraction, email delivery failures, or any other reason.
  • RenewalWatch shall NOT be held liable for any financial losses, business disruptions, unwanted contract renewals, service cancellations, or any other damages arising from the use of this Service.
  • RenewalWatch shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Users assume full responsibility for all contract management decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Verify all extracted contract data for accuracy before relying on it
  • Maintain your own backup records of contract renewal dates
  • Not rely solely on the Service for critical contract management
  • Review contracts flagged as "Needs Review" promptly
  • Keep your email address current to receive reminder notifications
  • Only upload contracts you have the legal right to process

6. Email Reminders

The Service sends email reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before renewal dates. However:

  • Email delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by spam filters or technical issues
  • Reminders are based on extracted data which may be incorrect
  • RenewalWatch is not responsible if reminder emails are not received or are received late
  • Users should not rely exclusively on email reminders for contract management

7. Data Handling

Uploaded contract files are processed for data extraction and are not permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
